CENTERVILLE — Mollie Louise Ritter, 79, of Centerville, died Saturday, Feb. 26, 2011 at Centerville Nursing & Rehab in Centerville.

She was born the daughter of David B. and Lena (Besse) Ervin on Nov. 6, 1931 near Cincinnati. She graduated from the Cincinnati Community Schools.

On May 8, 1954, Mollie Louise was united in marriage to Robert Ritter in Cincinnati. She worked for a time at McGraw-Edison in Centerville and would later do home health aide work in and around Appanoose County.

John L. Ervin, 77, of the Iowa Veterans Home, died Wednesday, March 31, 2010.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 6 at Cincinnati United Methodist Church in Cincinnati. He will be laid to rest in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, Iowa. Visitation will be Monday, April 5, 2010, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Mitchell Family Funeral Home in Marshalltown. Memorials may be directed to the family.
